Holiday Closure Information
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, the University will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. The following is specific information about offices and services between November 27 and December 1:
Office of Information Technology:
University Help Desk and Public Computing Labs will operate on the following modified schedule:
The University Help Desk, located on the 5th Floor of University Hall, will close at 9pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will reopen at 7 a.m. on Monday, December 2.
The Information Commons Computing Lab and the Laptop Lending Lab, located on the 5th floor of University Hall, will close at 10pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will reopen at 7 a.m. on Monday, December 2. Any laptop checked out after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27 will be due back to this lab by 9:45 p.m.
The Surf-N-Print Lab, located in the lower level of the Student Center, will close at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27 and will reopen at 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 1.
The MMR Laptop Lending Lab, located in the lower level of Sprague Library, will close at 10pm on Wednesday, November 27and will reopen at noon (12 p.m.) on Sunday, December 1. Any laptop checked out after 6pm on Wednesday, November 27 will be due back to this lab by 9:45 p.m.
Sprague Library
The library will close on Wednesday, November 27 at 10 p.m. and reopen on Sunday, December 1 at noon (12 p.m.).
Office of Student Development and Campus Life:
Student Center and Annex
The Student Center/Annex will close on Wednesday, November 27 at 11 p.m. and reopen on Sunday, December 1 at 4 p.m. Late night meals will resume on Sunday, December 1.
Student Recreation Center
The Student Recreation Center will close on Wednesday, November 27 at 6 p.m. and reopen on Saturday, November 29 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Sunday, the Recreation Center will be open from 8 a.m. to Midnight. Regular hours will resume on Monday, December 2.

Shuttle Bus Schedule
- Wednesday, November 27 - shuttle service terminates at 12:00 Midnight
- Thursday, Friday and Saturday, (November 28 - 30) - no service
- Sunday, December 1 - regular shuttle service resumes at 3 p.m.
